...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT WEDNESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
counties, Cheatham, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery,
Robertson and Stewart.
* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Wednesday through Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An inch of rainfall is expected with local amounts of 2
inches possible. This will combine with copious rainfall
amounts which have fallen in the past day.
