Winter Weather Advisory 4 AM CST to 4 PM CST most of Middle Tennessee, except 9 AM CST to 9 PM CST Upper Cumberland. 2 to 3 inch snowfall amounts will be common. Snow amounts will be a little lower along the Alabama border where sleet and freezing rain will be in the mix. Amounts may be a little higher for parts of the Upper Cumberland. Be prepared for hazardous travel on area roads.
With bitter cold temperatures expected Friday , expect any form of precipitation to hang around for a while.
