A FLASH FLOOD WATCH will also be in effect starting at noon today and will continue into Wednesday at noon.
Rain is expected to continuously fall throughout the day and evening hours. Much of the region can expect around 2-3 inches of rainfall.
A high jump in the temperatures cause for the chance of some thunderstorms. Our highs will be in the 70s.
